LOCATION AND EXHIBITION
The authenticity of the Val d'Hérens and the village of Hérémence nestled on the mountainside at an altitude of 1550m in its home with heard luxury.
The South-East exposure ensures good sunshine, even in winter. Valais enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Altitude often puts you above mist and clouds.
A breathtaking view of the massif of La Dent Blanche snowed all year round.
Hérémence has preserved all its Valais character of yesteryear. Local actors have jealously preserved their natural treasures to better share them today in a responsible way.

COMPOSITION OF THE HAMLET
The project consists of the construction of a residence dedicated to qualified tourist accommodation divided as follows:
- A common parking for 16 places including 6 covered spaces
- A building (F) for the reception of guests, the organization of reservations and the storage of equipment for the hotel service
- A building (ABC) consisting of 3 contiguous chalets and 5 housing units
- An individual chalet (E)
- An individual chalet (D)
- An elevator to serve the accesses to the housing units
- A common Wellness area with swimming pool (3m*6m), sauna and solarium
The residence therefore offers a total of 7 dwellings for a total of 21 rooms or about 45 people in maximum capacity.
HOTEL SERVICE
A hotel service ensures that all the usual hassles related to the enjoyment of a cottage are settled for you. Your property will be kept in perfect condition. On weekends or holidays, Wifi and TV work, linen and sheets are fresh, all bills paid, gardens and balconies cleaned.
When you do not have the use and when you decide, the rental of your property will cover all its costs and will provide you with a pleasant return because families and sportsmen are looking for this refuge, summer and winter.
