The house is located 10 minutes from the city of El Jem, where the first Roman amphitheater is located, a UNESCO heritage site. The city has all services, bank, hospital, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
It consists of 2 bedrooms in the main house an open kitchen followed by the dining room and living room with a bathroom.
In the garden we have another multipurpose room and a full bathroom for guests.
We have 5 olive trees where they give 70 liters per year. Fruit trees, as well as a place reserved for making a pool.
