This Farm is situated about 22km from Empangeni. The Farm is 465 ha, 172 arable land and has no cane supply agreement. It has 4 earthly dams, Eskom supply and very few farm implements which are not in working order.
Farming options includes: sugar cane, vegetables, Tea, Citrus, Cattle and goats. The farm has a Potential of Coal, Quary, and Sandy mining. It can be used as a game farm as well.
NB: There is no land claims for restitution in terms of the provisions of the Restitution of land rights Act, 22 of 1994.
