The apartment is located in a unique apartment residence, which is in very good technical condition, including complete above-standard operating equipment and furniture, when handing over the apartment remains everything that is evident from the documented photo documentation, including appliances. Some rooms have lake views. Inside the pension there is a bike and ski storage, which are guarded by a camera system, as well as guarded private parking. The total capacity of the apartments is 2-6 persons.

In the vicinity you will find many activities for families with children such as Ski resorts Lipno, Treetop Walkway and Forest Kingdom, bobsleigh track, Aquaworld Lipno, ski school, cycle paths and much more. Only 3 minutes walk from the pension is the Lipno reservoir.
